It slides out smoothly, fills without me splashing water everywhere, and I can check the level at a glance. Maybe they spent extra time on this part of the design, because it just feels more thought-out than I expected.
Cleaning it has been easy too, since there aren’t any awkward little corners that make it a pain. It’s one of those small things that makes the whole machine less annoying to use every morning. I’m really happy with it so far.

Luckily, the machine inside still worked, but there really wasn’t much extra padding in there. Not a terrible experience overall, just wish they had packed it a bit better for shipping.

My only hesitation is the build quality. Some parts feel sturdy enough, but the plastic bits and the drip tray feel a little cheap. After just a few weeks, I’m already noticing a few small marks on it.

For the price, I expected it to feel a bit more solid. It’s not a bad machine at all, just doesn’t feel quite as durable as I was hoping 😅

Not gonna lie, this portafilter feels really solid. It has a nice weight to it and seems well made. It fits my machine well, and my shots have been coming out great so far.

I did get a reply from them about the warranty, but it definitely took longer than I expected. After I’d already paid, I started feeling a bit unsure because the communication slowed down and I wasn’t sure if they were really going to follow through. They did respond in the end, so it wasn’t terrible, but the whole thing could’ve felt more reassuring

I got my order and try the espresso right away. It was rich but not too bitter, and it have a really smooth finish. I’m picky with espresso, but this one actually hit good. I would definitely buy it again.

Not bad at all for the price. Worth it.

I bought this from espressioneusa.com mostly for making cappuccinos, the milk frothing has been great so far. It gets the milk nice and creamy without taking forever, and even oat milk foams up well, which I wasn’t totally expecting. It took me a couple tries to get the hang of it, but now it’s super easy. Happy with it overall, no complaints
